Gluten Free Tiramisu

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the cake base

1 - melt 50gr. butter over low heat (00:12)
2 - 3/4 cup coconut flour into a large bowl (00:17)
3 - add 20gr. powdered erythritol (00:22)
4 - add 2 tsp. baking powder (phosphate-free) (00:25)

8 - add 4 eggs and stir to mix (00:48)
9 - add a few drops of vanilla aroma (01:24)

11 - Prepare a small loaf pan and a baking paper (01:34)
12 - Fill in the pan with the dough (01:39)

1 - 400gr. Mascarpone Cream into a large bowl (02:08)

1 - prepare cake base (03:08)
2 - cut the cake in the middle (use a sharp chef knife) (03:16)

6 - add apple sauce on top and spread evenly (03:54)
