Baking time: 20 to 30 minutes at 180ºC / 350ºF

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare dough and bake bread

1 - put 3 tsp. of flax seeds into a glass (00:29)
2 - add a bit of hot water (00:39)
3 - cover the glass with a plate for 15 min. (00:41)

4 - put 1/2 a glass of flaxseed flour into a large bowl (00:51)
5 - add 1/2 a glass of buckwheat flour (00:56)
6 - add 6 tbsp. of sunflower seeds (00:58)
7 - add 3 tbsp. of flax seeds (01:13)
8 - add 2-3 pinches of dried garlic (01:24)
9 - add pepper (01:35)
10 - add a handful of basil (01:46)
11 - add 2-3 pinches of salt (01:59)

13 - add the flax seeds that we left for 15 minutes in hot water (02:17)

15 - add 80 to 120 ml. of water and check the consistency (make sure it's not too dry and not to fluid as here: 02:59). (02:37)

18 - flour the dough with buckwheat flour to reduce stickiness (03:14)
19 - flour the rolling pin with buckwheat flour (03:24)
