This is one of the simplest grain-free bread recipe that we have shared. You need only three ingredients and a couple of spices.

Baking time: 10 - 15 minutes at 175ºC / 340ªF

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough

1 - add 200 gr. of ground almonds into a large bowl (00:09)
2 - crack open 1 egg into the bowl (00:14)
3 - add a pinch of salt (00:22)
4 - add a handful of fresh or dried basil (00:29)
5 - add a pinch of pepper (00:41)
6 - add 2 x tablespoons of olive oil (00:058)
7 - mix all ingredients (01:16)

8 - knead the dough with your hands (01:34)

▶︎ Step 2: Prepare for baking

1 - prepare a baking sheet with baking paper
2 - place the dough onto the baking sheet (01:52)
3 - form the dough into a circle - use your hands to press gently (01:54)

4 - bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 175ºC / 340ºF
