▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough

1 - Spoon out a pre baked Hokkaido pumpkin (00:23)
2 - grate the pumpkin pulp into the first bowl (01:00)

3 - 150 gr. of buckwheat flour into a second bowl (01:50)
4 - add 200 gr. of ground almonds (02:00)
5 - add 2 to 3 pinches of salt (02:12)
6 - add a pinch of black pepper (02:21)
7 - add a teaspoon of curry (02:32)
8 - add 17 gr. of baking powder (02:50)
9 - add 1 cup of fresh parsley (03:03)
10 - mix all ingredients and place the bowl to the side (03:09)

11 - crack open 2 x eggs into the first bowl with the pumpkin pulp (03:25)
12 - add 3 x tablespoons of linseed oil (03:33)
