Baking time: 15 to 20 minutes at 175°C / 340°F

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the Topping

1 - 50 gr. of pine nuts into a mortar or blender (00:10)
2 - use the pestle or a blender to grind the pine nuts (00:17)
3 - add a handful of dried or fresh Basil (00:23)
4 - continue to grind until it's smooth and creamy (00:31)

5 - crush or cut 2 x cloves of garlic into a bowl (00:36)
6 - add the Pine Nuts / Basil mix with a tablespoon (00:52)
7 - add 150 gr. of tomato paste to the mix (00:59)
8 - add 2 tablespoons of avocado (01:07)
9 - continue to mix (01:15)

10 - add a pinch of salt to the mix (01:17)
11 - add a handful of parmesan cheese (01:25)
12 - continue to mix until it's smooth and creamy (01:32)


▶︎ Step 2: Prepare the Crust

1 - 150 gr. of buckwheat flour into a large bowl (01:39)
2 - add a pinch of black pepper (01:43) 
3 - add 1 - 2 pinches of salt (01:48)
4 - add a handful of dried or fresh parsley (01:54)
5 - add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil, ghee butter or olive oil (02:01)
6 - add half of the water (02:07)
7 - continue to mix (02:11)

8 - add the other half of the water (02:16)
9 - continue to mix (02:19)

10 - NOTE: add 1 - 2 tablespoons of buckwheat flour if the dough is too liquid.


▶︎ Step 3: Prepare the Turkish Pizza

1 - place the dough onto a baking paper (02:38)
2 - flour the dough with buckwheat flour and form a dough-ball (02:46)
3 - flour the rolling pin (02:52)
4 - roll out the dough (02:55)
5 - flour the rolling pin (02:59)
6 - form the pizza crust with your hands (03:09)
7 - place the baking paper onto the baking sheet (03:19)

8 - spread a thin layer of the tomato topping. Use a tablespoon. (03:25)
9 - spread 1/2 of the parmesan cheese on top of the topping (03:53)

10 - bake at 175°C / 340°F for 15 to 25 minutes. Keep checking. (03:55)

11 - Take the Turkish Pizza out of the oven. (03:59)
12 - add the rest of the parmesan cheese on top. (04:01)
