Here is our version of Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies. This recipe is wonderful especially if you love dark chocolate as we do.

Baking time: 15 - 20 minutes at 160C° (320F°)

Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough

1 - 200 gr. (2 cups) of grounded almonds into a bowl (00:22)
2 - add 1/2 cup of organic cocoa powder (00:29)
3 - add 1/2 tsp. of organic bourbon vanilla (00:36)
4 - add 5 gr. of baking powder (00:51)
5 - add 35 gr. of powdered erythritol. If necessary blend the erythritol before adding (01:00)
6 - add a pinch of sea salt (01:15)
7 - add 1/2 a tsp. of cinnamon (01:26)
8 - mix all ingredients (01:43)

9 - melt and add 70 gr. of butter (01:58)
10 - add 2 tbsp. of almond butter/cream (02:04)
11 - add 1 egg (02:21)
12 - mix all ingredients (02:27)


▶︎ Step 2: Form the cookies

1 - prepare baking sheet and baking paper (02:53)
2 - form 8 - 10 dough-balls with your hands (03:04)

3 - press on top of the dough-balls with your hands to form the cookies (alternatives: use a cookies stamp or the bottom side of a cup) (04:05)

4 - add 3 to 4 chocolate chips on top of the cookies (04:44)
