1 - crack open 4 egg whites into a bowl (00:21)
2 - add 30 gr. to 40 gr. of erythritol (00:50)
3 - beat the eggs with a fork or a whisk (00:56)

4 - add 7 gr. orange zest (01:15)
5 - add a few drops of organic vanilla aroma or 2 gr. of bourbon vanilla (01:20)
6 - continue to mix all ingredients with a whisk or a fork (01:18)

7 - add 200 gr. coconut flakes (01:41)
8 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (01:52)

9 - add 2 tsp. of ghee butter or butter (room temperature) (02:00)
