Baking time and temperature: 15 to 20 minutes at 175ºC / 340ºF

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough

1 - add 100 gr. of flax seeds into a blender (00:26)
2 - add 60 gr. of quinoa (00:30)
3 - add 100 gr. of sunflower seeds (00:35)
4 - blend all ingredients (00:48)

5 - add the blended flour mix into a large bowl (01:16)
6 - add a pinch of Himalayan salt (01:34)
7 - add a handful of dried onions or fresh scallions (01:40)
8 - add a pinch of thyme (01:50)
9 - add a pinch of dried chilli flakes (02:00)
10 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (02:11)

11 - crack open 1 x egg and add into the mix (02:20)
12 - add 3 x tablespoons of olive oil (02:26)
13 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (02:40)

14 - knead the dough with your hands (02:49)

1 - prepare a baking sheet and baking paper (03:09)
2 - form 8 to 10 crackers with your hands and place them onto the baking sheet (03:14)
