▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the No-Bake Crust

1 - start with 200 gr. ground almonds in a large bowl (00:17)
2 - add 100 gr. of grass-fed butter (00:21)
3 - add 30 gr. of erythritol (00:30)
4 - knead the dough (00:35)

5 - prepare 4 mini tart or pie molds (01:01)
6 - fill in the molds with the dough (01:13)
7 - form the crust with your hands (01:28)

▶︎ Step 2: Strawberries and dark chocolate filling

1 - cut 200 gr. of strawberries (02:12)
2 - melt 100 gr. of 90% dark chocolate and 70 gr. of butter in a pot over low heat. (02:40)
