▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the crust

1 - 200 gr. ground almonds into a large bowl (00:19)
2 - add 20 - 25 gr. erythritol or a tiny bit of powdered stevia (00:22)
3 - add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (00:26)
4 - add a pinch of salt (00:29)
5 - mix all the ingredients (00:32)

6 - add 50 gr. of butter (room temperature) (00:43)
7 - knead the dough (00:47)
8 - fill in 4 mini tart molds (01:02)
9 - form a thick crust with your hands (01:11)
10 - freeze for 10 minutes (01:23)



▶︎ Step 2: Prepare the cream

1 - 50 gr. butter into a large bowl (01:28)
2 - add 100 gr. sour cream or heavy cream (goat or sheep based) (01:33)
3 - add 20 - 25 gr. of erythritol or a tiny bit of powdered stevia (01:37)
4 - mix all ingredients with a hand held mixer (01:41)

7 - cut an orange into small pieces (01:59)

1 - take the frozen crust out of the molds (02:08)
2 - fill in the crust with the cream mix (02:13)
