▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough

1 - 100 gr. of grounded walnuts into a bowl (00:10)
2 - add 50 gr. of cacao powder (00:16)
3 - add a tiny pinch of stevia - alternatives: 15 gr. of erythritol or 1/2 teaspoon of raw honey (00:21)
4 - add a pinch of salt (00:27)
5 - mix all ingredients (00:30)

6 - add 25 gr. of coconut fat - melt over low heat (00:42)
7 - add 2 gr. of bourbon vanilla or a few drops of organic vanilla (00:47)
8 - add a handful of cacao nibs (00:50)
9 - mix all ingredients (00:53)
