▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough

1 - 200 gr. of ground almonds into a large bowl (00:12)
2 - add 1 tsp. baking powder (00:16)
3 - add a pinch of salt (00:18)
4 - add a handful of cacao nibs (00:20)
5 - mix all ingredients (00:22)

6 - add 35 gr. of melted coconut fat / oil (00:26)
7 - add 1 tbsp. of raw honey (00:30)
8 - add 2 gr. of vanilla OR a few drops of organic vanilla aroma (00:38)
9 - add 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar (00:41)
10 - mix all ingredients (00:44)

11 - knead the dough with your hands (00:51)

1 - Prepare a baking tray and baking paper (01:00)
2 - form 6 to 8 dough-balls with your hands (01:05)
