▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the batter

1 - 260 gr. of coconut cream into a saucer pan (00:13)
2 - add 20 gr. erythritol / or a tiny pinch of stevia (00:20)
3 - bring to a simmer / use medium-heat (00:25)

4 - add 110 gr. of dark chocolate (00:27)
5 - add to the cream (00:28)
6 - add 50 gr. of coconut fats (00:33)
7 - add 25 gr. of cacao powder (00:38)
8 - add 2 gr. of bourbon vanilla or a few drops of organic vanilla aroma (00:40)
9 - mix all ingredients (00:44)

▶︎ Step 2: Prepare for freezing

1 - prepare the baking paper and baking mold - cut out the form (01:10)
2 - fill in the mold with the batter (01:15)
3 - spread the batter evenly (01:21)
4 - cover the top of the cake with coconut flakes (01:29)
