Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: 15 to 20 minutes at 175°C / 340°F degrees

Cooling time: 30 minutes

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough

1 - 2 x tablespoons of Chia Seeds into a glass (00:20)
2 - 10 x tablespoons of cold water - approx. 150 gr. (00:25)

3 - 5 x tablespoons of cacao powder into a large bowl (00:42)
4 - add a pinch of salt (00:53)
5 - add 2 x tiny pinches of powdered stevia OR 20 gr. of erythritol (00:57)
6 - add a handful of organic cacao nibs - optional (01:04)
7 - add a teaspoon of baking powder (01:08)
8 - mix all ingredients (01:11)

9 - add 5 x tablespoons of nut cream of your choice - almond or cashew (01:18)
10 - mix all ingredients (01:35)

11 - add the chia seeds (01:46)
12 - mix all ingredients (01:53)

 

▶︎ Step 2: Prepare for baking

1 - prepare a baking paper and a small baking pan (02:02)
2 - form a dough-ball with your hands (02:08)
3 - put the dough-ball inside the pan (02:23)
4 - form the dough - press gently and form the dough evenly (02:36)

5 - bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 175°C / 340°F degrees (02:45)
