Raw Paleo Protein Balls
 

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough

1 - grind 60 gr. of sunflower seeds and add into a bowl (00:13)
2 - add 5 tablespoons of ground almonds (00:38)
3 - add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds (00:43)
4 - add a pinch of salt (00:48)
5 - add a tiny pinch of stevia (00:53)
6 - add 20 to 25 gr. of cacao powder or dark chocolate (90%)
7 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (01:29)

8 - add 2 - 3 tablespoons of raw nut cream of your choice: cashew, almond or a mix of both. (01:35)
9 - add 2 gr. of bourbon vanilla or a few drops of organic vanilla aroma (01:55)
10 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (01:57)

11 - knead the dough with your hands (02:03)

▶︎ Step 2: Prepare for freezing

1 - Prepare a baking sheet and a small loaf pan (02:17)

3 - form the dough: press and spread the dough evenly (02:30)

4 - freezing time: 20 minutes

Note: you can keep the bars in the freezer for as long as you wish. Remember to take out the bars 10 minutes before serving.
