Baking time: 15 - 25 minutes at 150ºC / 302ºF

▶︎ Step 1: Cut & prepare the savoy cabbage

1 - separate the leaves of the savoy cabbage (00:15)
2 - remove the stems from the leaves with a chef's knife (00:34)
3 - cut the leaves into smaller pieces (00:17)

4 - place the leaves onto a baking sheet with baking paper (02:01)
Note: you will need 1 - 3 baking sheets depending on how much you plan to make

5 - add 2 - 3 pinches of salt (02:15)
6 - add a handful of basil (02:24)
7 - add a handful of sesame (02:36)
8 - add 2 tbsp. of olive oil (02:51)

9 - mix all the leaves (03:09)

10 - bake for 15 - 25 minutes at 150ºC / 302ºF (03:11)
Note: mix the leaves every 5 minutes inside the oven
