▶︎ Step 1: prepare the chocolate

1 - 100gr. cocoa butter into a sauce pan (00:21)
2 - add 2 tsp. coconut oil (00:28)
3 - melt over low heat (00:40)

4 - 5 - 6 tbsp. organic cocoa powder in a cup (00:44)
5 - add 30 - 45gr. erythritol (00:50)

7 - add to the melted cocoa butter/ coconut oil (01:17)
8 - stir carefully (01:29)

9 - prepare baking paper and a small loaf pan (8 x 4 x 2 1/2 in. / 20 x 10 x 6 cm) (01:35)

11 - melt the chocolate again if needed (01:50)

13 - add a handful of dried blueberries (02:10)
