▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough

1 - add 200gr. of ground almonds into a large bowl (00:16)
2 - crack open three full eggs into a second bowl (00:21)
3 - beat the eggs (00:36)

4 - add a pinch of salt to the grounded almonds (00:48)
5 - add 17gr. of baking powder (00:56)
6 - add 120gr. of soft butter (01:04)
7 - add 35gr. to 45gr. of erythritol (or a tiny pinch of stevia) (01:18)

8 - add a few drops of organic vanilla aroma (or 2gr. of bourbon vanilla) to the smaller bowl with the eggs. (01:35)

9 - melt 100gr. of dark chocolate preferably with 90% cacao. (01:44)

10 - add the eggs to the large bowl (02:03)
11 - add the melted chocolate to the mix (02:11)
12 - mix the batter (02:23)
