Michael is responsible for all the technical stuff running in the background. Michael loves creating things with his computer. He is also passionate about strength training and health hacking.

Anna is our content creator. She creates magic with her camera and writes most of the content that you get to watch and read. Anna is an avid reader. She loves to travel with her dog and enjoy delicious healthy treats.
