  • 40 gr. of flaxseed flour

  • 40 gr. of buckwheat flour

  • 4 eggs

  • 3 tbsp. of sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp. of fresh or dried parsley

  • 2 - 3 gr. of dried paprika

  • 2 - 3 pinches of salt

▷ Equipment:

  • cup

  • fork

  • tablespoon

  • teaspoon

  • scale

  • baking sheet

  • baking paper


Preparation time: 5 to 10 minutes
Baking time: 20 to 25 minutes at 180ºC / 350ºF

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough into rolls and bake

1 - crack open four eggs (00:17)
2 - beat the eggs (00:27)
3 - add 2-3 pinches of salt (preferably sea salt without anti cracking agents) (00:37)
4 - add 2-3gr. of sweet paprika (powdered form) (00:43)
5 - add 2tbsp. of dry or fresh parsley (00:48)
6 - add 3tbsp. of sunflower seeds (00:58)

8 - add 40gr. of linseed flour (01:26)
9 - add 40gr. of buckwheat flour (01:35)
10 - Mix (01:41)

11 - prepare the baking sheet and form 3 big rolls OR 4 smaller ones (01:58)
