▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough
1 - 3/4 cup linseed flour into a large bowl (00:12)
2 - add 3/4 cup of sunflower seeds (00:17)
3 - add 3/4 cup sesame seeds (00:19)
4 - add 1 tsp. dried sweet paprika (00:23)
5 - add 1 tsp. salt (00:31)
6 - add 1 tbsp. parsley (00:36)
7 - add 3 tbsp. peanut butter or cashew butter (00:41)
8 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (00:55)

10 - add 1/2 cup of water (01:13)

14 - form a ball with your hands (01:50)

15 - place a second baking paper on top (01:58)
16 - roll out the dough and form a rectangular shape (02:02)
17 - use a rolling pin and your hands to form the dough (02:16)

18 - place the baking paper with the dough on a baking sheet (02:50)
19 - bake at 175ºC / 340ºF for 20 to 30 minutes (02:56)
