▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the chocolate
1 - melt 125 gr. of cocoa butter in a water bath (00:01)
2 - blend 4 to 12 dates (00:05)
3 - Put the dates aside (00:13)

4 - add 50 gr. of cocoa powder into a large mixing bowl (00:15)
5 - add 2 gr. of vanilla bean powder to the bowl (00:20)
6 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (00:25)

7 - cut 4 to 6 fresh strawberries into slices (00:28)

8 - add the melted cocoa butter into the mixing bowl (00:39)
9 - continue to stir the mix with a tablespoon while adding the cocoa butter (00:46)

10 - add the chocolate mix to the blender with the dates (00:53)
11 - blend all ingredients (01:00)
▶︎ Step 2: Prepare for freezing
1 - place a sheet of baking paper into a baking pan / loaf pan (01:07)
2 - use a tablespoon to spread the chocolate evenly (01:15)

3 - add the sliced strawberries on top of the chocolate - press lightly (01:20)
