In a large mixing bowl, combine 50 grams of cocoa powder with 2 grams of vanilla bean powder, ensuring thorough mixing with a tablespoon. Don't forget to slice 4 to 6 fresh strawberries for a burst of fruity delight.

Preparing for Freezing or Cooling
Line a baking pan or loaf pan with baking paper to prevent sticking. Use a tablespoon to evenly spread your chocolate mixture into the pan.   • 125 gr. of cocoa butter
  • 4 - 12 dates
  • 50 gr. of cocoa powder
  • 2 gr. of vanilla bean powder
  • 4 to 6 fresh strawberries

  • saucepan
  • blender
  • mixing bowl
  • tablespoon
  • chef's knife
  • cutting board
  • baking pan
  • baking paper

Preparation time: 10 - 15 minutes
Freezing time: 20 minutes

Preparation:

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the chocolate

1 - melt 125 gr. of cocoa butter in a water bath (00:01)
2 - blend 4 to 12 dates (00:05)
3 - Put the dates aside (00:13)

4 - add 50 gr. of cocoa powder into a large mixing bowl (00:15)
5 - add 2 gr. of vanilla bean powder to the bowl (00:20)
6 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (00:25)

7 - cut 4 to 6 fresh strawberries into slices (00:28)

8 - add the melted cocoa butter into the mixing bowl (00:39)
9 - continue to stir the mix with a tablespoon while adding the cocoa butter (00:46)
