▷ Ingredients:

  • 125 gr. of cocoa butter
  • 4 - 12 dates
  • 2 gr. of vanilla bean powder
  • a handful of fresh blueberries

Equipment:

  • bain marie pot
  • saucepan
  • blender
  • mixing bowl
  • tablespoon
  • chef's knife
  • baking pan
  • baking paper (optional: if you want to reduce stickiness when taking out the chocolate out of the baking pan)

Preparation time: 10 - 15 minutes
Freezing time: 30 minutes

Preparation:

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the cocoa butter mix

1 - melt 125 gr. of cocoa butter in a water bath (00:01)
2 - blend 4 to 12 dates (00:12)

3 - add 2 gr. of vanilla bean powder to the blender (00:22)
4 - add the melted cocoa butter into the blender (00:25)
5 - blend all ingredients (00:30)


▶︎ Step 2: Prepare for freezing

1 - prepare the baking pan (00:36)
2 - optional: place a sheet of baking paper into the baking pan / loaf pan (watch here)

3 - add the cocoa butter mix into the baking pan (00:39)
4 - spread the mix evenly - use a tablespoon (00:42)
