▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough
1 - 30 gr. of flaxseed flour into a large bowl (00:06)
2 - add 30 gr. of coconut flour (00:09)
3 - add a handful of sunflower seeds (00:13)
4 - add 1 - 2 pinches of salt (00:18)
5 - add a handful of chopped scallions - alternatives: parsley or dill (00:22)
6 - add a pinch of pepper (00:26)
7 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (00:28)

8 - crack open 4 x eggs and add to the mix (00:35)
9 - add 1 x tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (00:49)
10 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (00:52)

11 - Note: if the dough is too liquid add a bit more flour to the mix (01:03)
12 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (01:05)
▶︎ Step 2: shape rolls
1 - prepare a baking sheet and baking paper (01:13)
2 - put dough on the baking paper (01:16)
3 - shape two rolls with your hands (01:29)
