  • 1 x Banana
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 2 tsp. of coconut fat
  • Optional: coconut blossom sugar or erythritol
  • Decoration: 3 pinches of coconut flakes and a handful of blueberries

  • blender
  • teaspoon
  • tablespoon
  • 3 x cups

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Freeze time: 30 minutes (optional)

1 - 1 x banana into a blender (00:11)
